Something amazing is happening at Tesla’s Gigafactory in Texas — and it feels like the future is finally here.

Just a couple of months after Tesla’s California factory made headlines for having cars drive themselves off the production line, the same thing is now happening in Texas!

In a new video shared by well-known Tesla follower Joe Tegtmeyer, we see Model Ys and even Cybertrucks driving on their own — completely without human drivers or supervisors — from the factory to the outbound lot.

Yes, you read that right. These brand-new Teslas are moving all by themselves, using Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology, right after they’re built.

Joe says he saw it happening “constantly,” and called it a huge milestone:

“This is a big accomplishment for Tesla. Giga Texas is now joining Fremont as FSD gets better and more efficient.”

This all comes just before Tesla plans to officially launch Unsupervised FSD around Austin in the next few weeks — and it doesn’t stop there.

Tesla also plans to kick off its long-awaited robotaxi service this year, going head-to-head with Google’s Waymo, which already operates robotaxis in Austin with Uber.

This is more than just a cool tech moment — it’s a sign that Tesla’s self-driving dream is shifting into high gear.
